I am finding that through moving my body, eating good foods, and mindfulness techniques, life is just more manageable. Sounds crazy, I know. Let me explain, I was in a bad mental state for a very long time. I was prescribed 4 different medications to "balance" me out and make me feel "normal". I DID NOT feel normal. Moving my body, going to therapy, and eating good food has helped me regain control over my life. I am a high anxiety, depression battling warrior who has found some life changing tactics to help manage the day to days. I want to show others it doesn't have to stay so dark and chaotic. THERE IS HOPE!
I genuinely love to see people thrive, living their best life. Helping women get to a place where they look in the mirror and love who, and what they see gives me so much life. I love being a part of someone's journey to a healthy, happier version of themselves. My goal is to bridge the gap between mental health and physical health, using the personal training platform.
How often do we wake up just not feeling it. Probably about as often as we look in the mirror and say to ourselves “I wish I could lose this pudge” or “I wish I could gain some weight and put on muscle”? Far too often, right? Let me help you navigate some of that. There’s a strong warrior in each and every one of us. We have to bite down, dig deep and push through all the ugly, the pain, and the countless excuses to get to the good stuff. It’s not always fun, not many want to do it, but YOU ARE WORTH IT!! Tap into that strength, locked inside, waiting to be discovered. You are stronger than you give yourself credit.
